Working with the 'swirl' concept of the base building (designed by MVRDV), the store's orientation shifts together with the building's non-orthogonal space. Located on the third floor, the store consists of two zones framed by flanking steel walls; one for tall fixtures and the other a field of small fixtures mounted on tracks, allowing flexibility in layout. The cashier is formed through a bold gesture of bent steel framing plasterboard to create a volume housing a storage area and a wedding gifts salon.........<a href="http://www.gluckmanmayner.com/">more</a>
